Many of our jobs are based on non-standard and flexible working patterns including part-time hours. In order to meet the requirements of being a 24 hour, 365 day organisation we also operate shift systems and night-working rotas.

Our patients are offered interdisciplinary care which involves our teams working closely together. The ability to build strong and supportive working relationships is vital to our success.
