Raising money to help our hospital patients

Profits from many of our trading operations at Burrswood hospital are used to build up our Access to Care Fund.  As a charity we are able to subsidise the cost of a patient’s stay, offering assistance with fees where the patient suffers genuine financial hardship.

By supporting our trading operations you can help us achieve our long-term aim for 2012: to treble the number of patients that we can subsidise – admitting them to our hospital on the basis of need rather than the ability to pay.

A visit to Burrswood makes a lovely day out for couples, individuals and groups – you can even pre-arrange talks on Burrswood if you wish. There is no entrance or other fee.

Our newly decorated guest house offers six bedrooms with full, half and bed and breakfast accommodation.

Swimming lessons
We offer lessons are available for all ages, including adults.
