MARCH
3rd Burrswood joins the Groombridge Lent lunch, providing soup and
rolls.
8th Gareth speaking at the Le Monnaie Fellowship, Guernsey.
16th Palm Sunday: May we welcome Christ our humble King in our worship .
21st Good Friday: By the cross comes our salvation. By His stripes we are healed.
23rd Easter Day: Christ is risen - He is risen Indeed. Praise God for new Hope.
27th Extra Meeting of Burrswood Trustees. May Easter faith take God's work forward.
APRIL
1st The Executive Team meets today. Pray that they may have wisdom
as they deal with the day-to-day running of Burrswood.
13th Dr Paul is running for Burrswood in the London Marathon today. Pray for his safety and for good fundraising.
15th Pray for all those coming to the Quiet Day today and for Judy Muxlow as she leads it.
17th Pray for the Trustees meeting today. We thank God for Brian Hester and pray for him as he steps down as Chairman today.
19th Pray for the Spirituality Day being held at Rochester Cathedral and for Gareth and our Chaplains running seminars and representing Burrswood. Pray that this day will give people a greater awareness of Burrswood and its ministry and that it increases Burrswood's involvement with the wider Church.
20th May the Community Communion and Lunch taking place today be a time of true fellowship.
22nd A Thanksgiving Service for the Life of Ann Cambridge, née Kerin, will be held at Burrswood today. Pray for the Kerin family.
25th Gareth Tuckwell is chairing a Hospice 23 board meeting today. Our relationships with Christians in the Hospice world are important.
29th Heads of Department meet today. May God's Spirit inspire them.
MAY
1st Ascension Day. May today's dawn service be an inspiration
to those attending. We pray for Christine Garrard on her first day as Senior
Chaplain
Gareth Tuckwell attends a Macmillan Board Meeting today. We value the contact.
3rd At the Healing Service the Revd Christine Garrard is now part of the Team as the new Senior Chaplain. We welcome her.
5th Pray for the Community Council meeting today to discuss matters relating to community life.
8th Today there will be a Fundraising Golf Day and Auction at Cinque Ports Golf Club, Deal. Pray that all participating have an enjoyable day and that the target is reached
10th May Christ's healing works be evident in the Informal Evening Healing Service
11th Pentecost. May the Holy Spirit be present in our worship today.
13th Pray for all those coming to the Quiet Day today and for Jean Andrews as she leads it.
14th The Fellowship Day Planning Group meets today
17th A Godly Play Day is being held here at Burrswood today in association with Fegans. Pray for the success of this and for a growing relationship with Fegans, a Christian organisation working to help children.
24th Pray for a successful Fundraising Concert at St Mary's Church, Rye
27th Heads of Department meet today. Pray for true wisdom and good counsel.
JUNE
6th Today there is a fundraising Opera Evening at Pashley Manor, Ticehurst.
Pray for a fine evening and an enjoyable atmosphere.
10th Pray for all those attending the Quiet Day today. Praise God for the blessing these days bring.
19th Pray for the Trustees meeting today, also for Acting Chairman, Dr Heather Nunnerley.
24th Heads of all Departments meet today. Pray this will be a time of encouragement.
JULY
