Encountering Depression by Andrew & Elizabeth Procter

Elizabeth has been a medical doctor for 35 years and a consultant child and adolescent mental health psychiatrist for 12 years.  Andrew has been ordained for 34 years and all of that in parish ministry; he is also a senior accredited counsellor with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, working for a local Christian counselling service part-time.  Their book is in a simple question and answer form.  It has 20 short chapters, each of which answers a common question such as “what is depression?”, “how will it affect my family?”, “will I get better?”, “have I been attacked by the devil?”, “has this been caused by my lack of faith?”, “what about forgiveness?” and some more.
