Charlie Bell has an MA in 'Language the Arts and Education' specialising in Creative Writing. He has published several local history books and also co-wrote and edited a series of 25 books for Hodder & Stoughton in their 'Beginners Guide to Literature' series. Charlie also wrote 'The Complete Writing Course' for the Regent Academy. He was recently short-listed for the Roundel Poetry Competition. Lisa Beaumont has a B.A. (Hons) Eng Lit, Durham University and a DipMCIM (Institute of Marketing. Following a brain tumour and stroke, Lisa used writing and poetry as a form of therapy and continues to do so today. Charlie and Lisa will look at the therapeutic value of poetry writing. How different styles of writing can affect your wellbeing as well as an introduction on how to write poetry.
